From Crosstown or San Antonio:
Take Exits going towards SHORELINE. Get in or Stay in the far RIGHT lane once Close to SHORELINE. Take the BUFFALO ST. Exit (Don't stay on the access road or you will enter the freeway again going towards Portland) Take BUFFALO ST. and make a LEFT on CARANCAHUA ST. Take a RIGHT on the first Street WINNEBAGO.
KNUCKLEHEADS is the only Neon lit Building on the Block.

From Shoreline or Sacred Whore (old starting point):
Follow Shoreline to TAYLOR ST. (you can only turn one way onto Taylor from Shoreline) Follow Taylor street through 2 lights and up the hill by the Corpus Christi Caller Times Building (you should already be able to see Knuckleheads) Take BUFFALO ST. to CARANCAHUA ST.  to WINNEBAGO (or break the law and drive the half block going the wrong way to KNUCKLEHEADS!
